How to take a Screenshot by using Microsoft Word
What is screen shot?
Screen shot is Capturing image of you computer (may it partial or full) that helps you to explain something to others. When you are unable to explain someone by just writing or speaking. This word is generally used in virtual world, not so in real world! To take screen shoot you may use many kinds of software. In online you will find my Screen capturing soft like. Why we need Screen Shot?
Screen shot can play vital role and it may vary from person to person. Suppose you are a trainer. So you need many screenshot to make understandable of your subjects related to your topics to your trainees. You are a teacher! you use multimedia for your students! So you need screen shots to explain any matter to your students. You want to solve problems of any matters and want to display them. But you are not in the place where the problems occur. You can send them many screen shots related to the problems via email.
How can we take Screen Shot?
For capturing image we can use many software like FastStone Capture, Camtasia etc. Again many software have Built-in Screen capturing options in it. You can use advantage of this. Do you know that Our most favorite MS Office has built-in Screenshot features. Have you used it ever? If not, then start now. Today I will say to you how you will take a screenshot of an object of PC using Microsoft Word 2010. Besides, all other programs in MS office have this feature. The process of taking screen shots are almost same in all program of MS Office. Ok, do the following jobs and see the miracle.
At first Go to any program of MS Office and run it. See that I have opened Microsoft Word. Now Click on Insert option. Keep open the screen that you want take screen shot. Now Select Screenshot form the Insert option. You will get two options here. Available windows or Screen Clipping. Choose any option to take screenshots from them and use them in your word document. You can save them in all format e.g Pdf, JPEG etc.

When you click the
screenshot option, the option is working. Now you choose a particular area to take a screenshot. After taking
